- -Early Bird Tickets can be purchased in advance through the Naver online reservation system. Online tickets are not a priority.
- - To maintain a pleasant viewing environment, the number of visitors may be limited. As a result, ticket quantities may be restricted or unavailable on certain days.
- - Same-day refunds are not available. Full refunds are possible until the day before your visit.
- - Admission may be delayed depending on on-site conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to delays on the day of your visit.
- - Tickets are valid only on the date selected at the time of purchase.
- (e.g., A ticket for June 18 is only valid for entry on June 18.)
- - To change your visit date or ticket quantity, please cancel your original reservation and make a new purchase.
- - If you cancel and repurchase a ticket, the price at the time of repurchase will be applied.
- (e.g., If you cancel a 1st Early Bird ticket and repurchase during the 2nd Early Bird period, the 2nd Early Bird price will apply.)
- - If tickets are sold out for your preferred date, they may become available again if there are cancellations.
- - Tickets purchased online are standard admission tickets and do not include priority entry benefits.
- - Re-entry is only permitted on the day of your visit and requires a valid entry wristband. (Wristbands cannot be reissued if lost.)

Refund Policy
- Online tickets can be refunded 100% after purchase until the day before the actual use of the ticket, and after that, they cannot be refunded.
- Please note that delays in entry due to admission procedures do not qualify for cancellation or refund. We appreciate your understanding.
Notice for Ticket Purchase
- Ticket is required to attend lectures and seminars. Lecture and seminar reservations (free of charge) must be made separately.
- Tickets purchased online are standard admission tickets and do not include priority entry.
- Depending on on-site conditions, there may be queues at the registration desk or entry gate.
* Please note that entry may be delayed, especially on weekends due to higher visitor traffic. - Any ticket transactions involving monetary exchange (additional payments, goods, etc.) or resale through unofficial means are strictly prohibited and will be regarded as illegal ticket trading.

No. Due to the nature of the exhibition, no food and beverages are allowed within the venue and eating and drinking are strictly prohibited.

If multiple tickets are purchased online, the buyer must visit the on-site registration desk, confirm details, and collect all the tickets.
