The Seoul International Book Fair (SIBF) Rights Center aims to expand the copyright export market for Korea and raise the nation's global competitiveness in the sector by promoting abroad Korea's excellent intellectual properties.

The Seoul International Book Fair 2026 manages the center as a platform to facilitate and arrange import and export consultations for copyright managers and agencies in and out of Korea.

We sincerely hope for the active use of the center by copyright agencies and professionals.

Except the exhibitor of the SIBF 2026, 3-day pass purchase is necessary to use the SIBF 2026 Rights Center. The 3-day pass includes 1 designated table for the entire duration of the SIBF 2026 Rights Center. 3-day passes are available for only limited quantaties, and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The pass purchase will open in two phases, considering the time difference. Each account may purchase up to a maximum of 2 passes. Rights Professionals(Paid users) will receive 15 one-day wristband passes free of charge.

STEP 2.	Professional Pass	3-day pass purchase is necessary to use the Rights Center. ※ 3-day passes are available for only limited quantities, and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.	1 half-day pass(4 hours) is provided to each exhibitor with no additional fee. ※ Exhibitors who wish to use Rights Center for more than a half day may purchase 3-day pass.	Pass for fellowship participants is provided with no additional fee.
STEP 3.	Table Booking *first come, first served	no need for booking (3-day pass includes 1 designated table for the entire duration of the Rights Center.)	TBD ※ Rights Center Registration is required for table booking
STEP 4.	Receive the entrance passes	Please receive all the entrance passes at a time at the information desk(3F)
