The Last Resort – The End of the World, and a Beginning: What We Hold On To
There are moments when it feels as if the world has come to an end.
When everything collapses, and it seems impossible to go any further.
At the edge of that moment, we ask ourselves:
"What am I holding on to?“
The answer may not be obvious, but it has always been there within us—a small seed within us, never fully shown to others,
yet never lost.
This exhibition is a space where we bring that seed into the light and meet one another through it.
It is a conversation about what remains when all else seems uncertain—our Last Resort.
The seed we face is possibility.
And possibility blooms only in relation to others.
This place is both a greenhouse and a storehouse.
A space where many gather, each carrying their own quiet beginnings.
Together, we create a living system,
where growth becomes possible through care, attention, and exchange.
The presence of others becomes sunlight, water, and soil.
And in that shared space, our seeds begin to bloom.
This is more than a metaphor for growth.
It is a language we offer one another in times of fear and disconnection—a way to stay alive, together.
But the exhibition does not end here.
This is a space of transition, and at the same time, of dispersal.
We each leave with a seed in hand, returning to our own paths.
And that world will no longer be the same.
At the end of the world, we encounter a beginning.
