- - Early Bird Tickets can be purchased in advance through the Naver online reservation system.
- - All tickets are available for only limited quantities, and are sold on first-come first-served basis.
- - Same-day refunds are not available. Full refunds are possible until the day before your visit.
- - Admission may be delayed depending on on-site conditions. Refunds will not be issued due to delays on the day of your visit.
- - Tickets are valid only on the date selected at the time of purchase.

- - To change your visit date or ticket quantity, please cancel your original reservation and make a new purchase.
- - If you cancel and repurchase a ticket, the price at the time of repurchase will be applied.

Refund Policy
- Online tickets can be refunded 100% after purchase until the day before the actual use of the ticket, and after that, they cannot be refunded.
- Please note that delays in entry due to admission procedures do not qualify for cancellation or refund. We appreciate your understanding.

- Ticket is required to attend lectures and seminars. Lecture and seminar reservations (free of charge) must be made separately.
- Tickets purchased online are standard admission tickets and do not include priority entry.
- Depending on on-site conditions, there may be queues at the registration desk or entry gate.
