Notice for Ticket Purchase

  • Admission is limited to the date marked on the purchased ticket.
    ※ Example: If you purchase the ticket for June 14, the ticket is valid only on June 14.
  • You can re-enter if you have an entrance wristband only on the day of admission.
  • Beware that there may be a queue at the registration desk and the entrance.
  • Tickets for SIBF2023 are required to be purchased for attending lectures and seminars, and reservations for lectures and seminars (free of charge) will be made separately.

Refund Policy

  • Online tickets can be refunded 100% after purchase until the day before the actual use of the ticket, and after that, they cannot be refunded.
  • If you want to change the date of the ticket after purchasing the online ticket, you must cancel the ticket purchase and repurchase it.
    ※ However, you can only repurchase at the ticket price on sale at the time of purchase cancellation.
  • If you purchase an on-site ticket within the operation period of the SIBF, you cannot get a refund regardless of the type or use of the ticket.
