"The impossible is possible.”
These were the words shared by the United Arab Emirates' space center as its Mars rover Amal (Hope) entered Mars’ orbit in 2021. Arab civilization, which carried the torch of knowledge to the West for the past two millennia, and Korea, which has been a beacon to the East, want to carry each other's light and reach out into a universe of infinite possibilities.

The Anthropocene crisis facing our planet today is called a failure of language, a failure of imagination. If humanity is to emerge from this crisis, we must shake our senses, wake up, reframe, and reimagine the world by creating our own language.
The human imagination, housed in our 1.4-kilogram brains, is the most powerful tool we have to inspire the social change our time demands.

The power to create new cultural values comes from the stories that move people. The power of culture lies in the power of stories.
Here, in the Guest of Honor Pavilion at the Sharjah International Book Fair, Korean authors present stories about space, objects, machines, flora and fauna, artificial intelligence, aliens, and the unknown.

The boundless imagination contained within these books will give you the power to reconstruct memories of the past, awaken your sense of the present, create the future, and make the impossible possible.

To celebrate Korea's participation as Guest of Honor at the Sharjah International Book Fair(SIBF) 2023, LTI Korea is presenting a special exhibition of Korean literature. Under the theme "Unlimited Imagination", the exhibition showcases the works of seven Korean authors participating in this year's Sharjah International Book Fair. The world of literary imagination, filled with poetic images and fictional characters, welcomes everyone. Readers are invited to delve into the unique creative imagination of the seven participating authors.
