Book City Stroll
Book City Stroll is a program where readers become strollers and encounter various bookstores through the medium of books. You can participate in the Seoul International Book Fair without visiting the exhibition venue – simply explore bookstores around you. In 2021, Book City Stroll took place not only in Seoul but also in bookstores in Daejeon, Busan, and Jeju. Become a city stroller and travel through neighborhood bookstores, experiencing curated book selections, lectures, book talks, and exhibitions tailored to the book fair.
How to participate
- You can create your own paper map according to your walking path.
- If you purchase one book at the first bookstore, you can receive a paper map.
- With the paper map, you can collect stickers by visiting the next bookstore.
- If you purchase books curated by the bookstore for the book fair or participate in the bookstores' planned programs, you can receive goods.
- Freely color and decorate to create your own Book City Stroll map. Special rewards can be obtained.
- The 2021 Book City Stroll program ran from August 30th to September 12th.
